The atrium and entrance area of an office building have been given a new glow! Seamless integrated lighting shows architectural qualities and works of art in a generous way.
ABOUT: ZENISK has been commissioned to create a concept for upgrading lighting for the entrance area and atrium in Akersgata 51.
LIGHT: Akersgata 51 is an attractive office building in the center of Oslo. Original lighting has been functional but outdated and uncomfortable and the rooms felt dark.

ZENISK’s proposal was to integrate a combination of diffuse and direct lighting in architecture and thus make it readable and comfortable. The lighting fills the room in a way that feels neat and clean, and gives the art the opportunity to present itself without extra equipment in the ceiling.
