LIGHT: The contact to the river is the main focus in the light concept. All transverse axes will open the center towards the river. The heart is well planted in the axis from the Town Hall Park, through the Town Hall and the Amphitheater down to the river bank. The view from the other side of the river should be without glare and with the opportunity to see the center reflected in the water.
